Senior Sales Executive
Local opportunity for a top producer selling commercial renovations and property restorations to top executives and directors of commercial real estate companies in a highly competitive market.
You must excel at finding and closing new opportunities, building relationships, and have excellent listening and consultative selling skills.
You should be goal-oriented, a self-starter, a high achiever, and work well as part of a team. You must have financial acumen and experience with estimating, regulatory compliance, asset management, and budgeting.
Construction Project Coordinator
The Construction Project Coordinator and Materials Purchasing Coordinator is the administrative resource for the Production team that handles administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly. This position is essential in meeting the paperwork and data entry requirements in efficiently and effectively managing the team’s projects. A Purchasing Coordinator is an integral part of any company’s day-to-day operations and growth, something that will be highly rewarding in the long run. The most important role of the coordinator is to assure the customer receives exceptional communication and service from the company and that the materials needed to perform the work are ready and available before installation dates.
Construction Estimator
The Estimator is a critical position within Reliable Restorations. Estimators are responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that we know everything required to successfully bid and win the project. Estimators also work with the Project Management teams to follow-up on bids and budgets to close the business.
Estimating Duties: Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents, developing quality and competitive estimates using Gordian and Xactimate software as
guidance tools to provide an accurate scope of work and writing an accurate estimate that will allow for profitable production of the project.

Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Manager oversees operations at Reliable Restorations, a general construction /restoration company. The warehouse ensures that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule. This professional multitasker will manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn.
Crew Member
Responsible for physically performing fire and smoke repair, water mitigation, and other disaster restoration related activities under the guidance of certified technicians. This is a labor-intensive position. This position is progressing towards achieving the required mitigation certifications.
